2017 was such a fantastic year!
Looking back we traveled so many great venues throughout
Illinois, not to mention we got to photograph at some amazing
state parks or just beautiful spaces of land that our clients owned.
Traveling around and working in new
places just makes each wedding we capture so special and unique.
It’s exactly how I envisioned my photography career.
I couldn’t photograph the same venue every single weekend.
Now don’t get me wrong, I love working venues I’ve worked at before
because things are always moved around and decorated to fit the unique style of
my couples but I’m not a girl that likes to stay in one place day after day
which is exactly why I do not have a studio. I have been there and done
that studio life and as glamorous as it may appear to some, it’s
definitely not for me or I should say not right now anyway 😉
My heart was made to wander, my eyes made to see things from new perspectives
& brain made to challenge myself by figuring out what each new venue has to offer.
Our clients always have wonderful things to say about us and we are so
grateful to all of them for trusting us to capture one of the most important days of
their lives and then to top it off they tell others about us as well..
So, here’s to having one heck of a 2017 but also to the Amazing things in 2018 to come.
